Akash Kaushik is a name among the fastest growing entrepreneurs in India who struggled ahead looking for success, joy and contentment. Much the same as some other working class fellow, he too had a lot of hazy dreams but with a vision of his goals in life. The sum total of what he had was an undying learning mentality to clutch.
What’s more, he consistently kept resigning from his comfort zone. It is his very desire of helping individuals and accomplishing something useful for the coming generation of India roused him to step up to the plate of transforming technology as primary asset.

A Synopsis
Belonging to a family with medical background but with an aspiration of space travel all he wanted was to become an Aerospace engineer. It was clear to him at very early stage that academic evaluation has nothing to deal with his career and life. His interest in meta-physics and comparative religion and culture helped him to learn the meaning of life viz., To make the best use of the provided five elements as human body to serve this planet and mankind.
While being in his school days he used to work as an insurance agent and part of few MLM businesses, which helped him to get the sense of sales and marketing and that’s where roots of entrepreneur developed. After completing his Aircraft engineering Licence from India, he went to Coventry university UK in the pursuit of his ambition to become an Aerospace engineer. With his graduation he was offered a job in Australia in 2013, with a wishful denial he explored the opportunity in India to start a venture of Lithium ion battery. Flourished this small firm to a height to sponsor his own Masters in France. In pursuit to gain the best from the most prestigious institute of aircraft engine propulsion he worked hard to maintain a work life balance. Instructions to the team members in India was an early morning task from 4 AM to 8AM. He worked with Chalmers university and Volvo cars in Sweden, but with a strong mindset to serve his nation he returned and curated a successful bootstrap venture of Electric vehicle batteries with customized requirement.
To bridge the gap between application front end and energy storage system, another bootstrap venture 3GeoMETre was initiated by him in Jan 2020. 3GeoMETre helps the people in product development and realization of their businesses by consulting them for machinery procurement, installation and commissioning, Production and quality control, and not limited to this only if need then defining their business partners sales and marketing strategy.
He has been working extensively with foreign counterparts and wishes to start a lithium ion cells manufacturing in India. His aspiration to create employment for 10k individuals by end of 2025 seems happening with his objective of helping 500 startups by 3GeoMETre.
While keeping product development as core business 3GeoMETre develop and innovates a product while analyzing all three mentioned engineering perspectives with in-depth analysis to minimize any negative impact over the environment
